Andrew is the founding president of 4nature and has a long history of leadership in the non-profit sector. Until 2025, he was CEO of the Invasive Species Council, where he led campaigns to protect Australian biodiversity from feral animals, weeds and exotic pathogens. His work often focuses on biosecurity and the protection of natural environments from systemic threats and is currently the CEO of Invasives International.

Tara is a former President and current life member of the Blue Mountains Conservation Society. She has been active in the protection of the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area and the establishment of the Gardens of Stone State Conservation Area. Her work bridges local community organising with state-wide environmental policy.

Susie is a dedicated forest campaigner based on the NSW Mid-North Coast. She is a key member of the North Coast Environment Council (NCEC) and the North East Forest Alliance (NEFA). She has spent decades advocating for the protection of native forests, focusing on ending native forest logging and securing habitats for endangered species like the koala and greater glider.
Susie Russell

Sarah has a deep background in natural resource management (NRM) in Far North Queensland, having previously served as the coordinator for the Cairns and Far North Environment Centre (CAFNEC) and as a strategy leader for Terrain NRM. Currently she is the Nature-led Resilience Program Lead at NRM Regions Australia. Sarah brings to the committee expertise in tropical biodiversity and climate resilience.

Greg is our resident nerd (and so say all of us). He has extensive knowledge and experience across many fields including ecology, engineering and electronics. He provides technical support for many environmental organisations and is a valuable member of the 4Nature team.

Jane is an advocate for forest protection and biodiversity, primarily based in the NSW Mid North Coast. She is closely associated with the Oxygen Farm Association, a community-led conservation project. She has been an active voice in NSW parliamentary inquiries and regional campaigns, focusing on sustainable land management and the preservation of native vegetation.
