The Gardens of Stone is under threat from over-development arising from proposed leases that permit a network of private resorts and an adventure playground.
Help us support our sister organisation, Nature Defenders, who is challenging the issuing of these leases in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
All funds raised will cover the costs of the court case and associated work.
In March 2023, the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service withdrew the proposed leases for the tourist accommodation and adventure precinct in the Gardens of Stone State Conservation Area. As a result, our legal action was withdrawn.
